9. There will be a total of 30 winners during the promo period, 1 winner per day for 30 days. Each daily draw winner will get fifty thousand pesos (P50,000). The applicable withholding taxes will be shouldered by Golden Arches Development Corporation.

10. Daily winners will be posted at facebook.com/mcdo.ph.

11. The winner will be notified through a phone call and registered mail. To claim the prize, the winner must present the McDonald’s registered mail and a valid ID (ie SSS ID, company ID, driver’s license, passport). The winner should also provide a TIN number for the purpose of remitting taxes to the government.

12. Winners may claim their prizes after 10 working days from the receipt of the registered mail.

13. Metro Manila winners can claim their prizes at Starcom MediaVest Group Office, 25/F Tower 2, The Enterprise Center, Paseo de Roxas corner Ayala Avenue, Makati City, during office hours only (10am-12nn and 1pm to 5pm). Furthermore, winners cannot claim prizes during Non-working Holidays. Unclaimed prizes by February 15, 2012 shall be deemed forfeited. For provincial winners, prizes will be sent to the delivery hub who serviced the customer/winner. The McDonald’s Restaurant Manager will issue the check to the winner.

14. The prizes are non-transferable.

15. All prizes not claimed by Feb. 15, 2012, 5pm, will be forfeited.

Mag-aso Falls Review of Rates & Facilities

Last Saturday, October 8, 2011, my family and I went to Mag-aso Falls, Kabankalan City Negros Occidental. The rates are as follows:

Entrance fee: P50.00/person

Overnight Fee: P1,000 good for 2 persons

Additional P200/head for excess person; maximum of 4 persons per room

Regular cottage: P200.00

Dressing room: P2.00

CR: P2.00

Shower room: P2.00

Lifesaver (for kids) P30.00

Click the slideshow to see the picturesFacilities are fine, nothing remarkable. As of posting time, there are two overnight “cottages” available and one regular cottage for rent. There are two swimming pools connected to each other, one for the kids and the other for the adults, both are supplied by the water coming from the falls.

Going down to the falls are somewhat tiring, especially if you haven’t exercised for a while because the stairs are steep. Rocks are slippery because of moss or and falls are not well-maintained and very dangerous for everybody, so extreme care should be taken if you decide to see the falls, dip into it or even if you just want to take pictures.

The whole area is full of trees and green grasses, which are well-maintained. But the shower areas, especially those located below the main area are, I think, not working (I’m really not sure).

For those who are planning to visit Mag-aso Falls, it is approximately a 30-45minute drive from Kabankalan City proper (about 2 hours from Bacolod City). PUV’s are available going to crossing Mag-aso (P30/head), then tricycle going to Mag-aso Falls for only P25/head.

Don’t forget to bring your own food when you want to visit the place because limited groceries are available in some of the sari-sari stores there. Soft and hard drinks are also available.

As for our own experience during the entire nature trip at Mag-aso Falls, I will create a separate post about it, so stay tuned.

Pretty Hattie’s Entry to “JOHNSON’s My Kid’s Growing Up so Fast Contest”

My kid’s growing up so fast that she knows how to “retouch”…

We’re at KFC here (photo) and while waiting for our orders, she borrowed my pressed powder and did her own “retouch”! Before that, she told me that it’s so hot and that she looked ugly and, according to her, she needed to do her make up again (she already wore make-up when we left home), since I only brought my pressed powder, I gave it to her.

Below is the photo of my Baby Tyke when she was only 3 ½ years old. My kid’s growing up so fast because “retouch” is already in her vocabulary despite her very young age!

She is changing before my eyes but her skin is still like a baby’s. We still need the gentle care of JOHNSON’s Baby Milk, with Vitamins A&E and 100% more milk proteins to nourish developing skin. Since she loves to put on make-up, her sensitive skin must be given extra care to avoid irritations and allergic reactions that make-ups may cause to her delicate baby skin.

Just like some adult women do, she frequently changes her make-up, as if she really needs to. Because I’m rest assured that her skin is well taken care of by Johnson’s Baby Milk Bath, I just allow her to play with those cosmetic products. Now, I will start collecting make-up sets while I can still afford to so do so that when the right time comes, she can brag to her friends her “vintage” cosmetics (^_^)

How to Have the New Facebook Timeline – A Step by Step Instruction

Lately, most Facebook users are annoyed of what has gone through the heads of the Facebook adminsk especially to Mark Zuckerberg. In short, Facebook has changed again! Facebook has a new face again!

Personally, since I’m a regular user of Facebook (not that I’m addicted to it but because I market my “Shirts 4 Sale” in this Social Networking Site), I got sort of confused the first I was greeted with the “new Facebook”, but later I gradually managed around…

Now another “new Facebook” is about to launch but we can have a grip of it ahead of others – It’s Called Facebook Timeline; together with a Two Column Homepage. How? Here are the quicksteps on how to have the New Facebook Timeline:

1. Log in to your Facebook account then head to this link – https://developers.facebook.com/apps – if it asks for your password, please enter it, then click allow if you are asked to.

2. On the next page, please click on “Create new app”.

3. Fill up the name whatever you want that name to be, it doesn’t matter. Next, click on the checkbox “I agree to the platform privacy policy.” then click Continue.

4. Provide the Captcha to prove that you’re human and in order for you to continue.

5. Click the “Open Graph” on the next page. You can find it on the left of the of the page.

6. On the next screen, fill the blank spaces with anything you want as it doesn’t really matter then click Get Started.

7. Click on “Save Changes and Next” for the next two screens until you’re done.

8. Then wait for about 5mins before you return to your Facebook Profile page.

9. On your homepage, you will see a notification where you have to click the “Get It Now” button in order for the “new” Facebook Timeline to enjoy the new Facebook!
