Dealing with the Physical, Emotional and Mental Stress

I was once using the tagline “Physicall lazy but mentally active person” to describe my self online. Today, I felt so physically, emotionally and mentally stressed and I want to share how I deal with my stressors without being depressed or “violent”(?!).

I have mentioned in my previous post, I Love Being a RadTech!, that I have a very hectic and tiring daily schedule. Aside from my full-time job as a College Instructor/Clinical Instructor, I am also a sort of part-time blogger, part-time researcher, I part-time mother and a part-time wife. Yes, I’m a part-time mom and wife because I get to see my husband and daughter every weekends due to my work.

Anyway, being an instructor is not an exhausting job, as for me, as I love teaching and learning at the same time. What is exhaustive is my part-time blogging work, where I need to stay up late (because online opportunities are most likely to be available during those times) even after my off duty at 12 midnight, where I still have work the next day.

Yes, before I started blogging, I am fully aware that being one of “them” means being sleep-deprived because I need to spend time for SEO and smo. But, although I’m exhausted and lacks sleep, I still continue to be active online for more than three (3) years now because I enjoy what I do and plus the fact that I can earn dollars (though not that much, still it can help me make both ends meet).

Despite the fact that blogging is an exhaustive part-time work for me, still I enjoy doing it because it is an effective way for me to deal and relieve my stresses in life. In short, I’m keeping myself busy so as I will not be able to think about my personal problems that has no solution yet…

But of course, I always ask God for His divine guidance that He will always make me strong to face the challenges because I know there is something better in store for me…
