Insomnia? Here Are Simple Tips To Get To Sleep

I’m having insomnia again! Great! Just glad I found simple tipsget rid of insomnia to doze off and luckily they’re effective that I have fallen asleep easily. I posted the tips below and it’s for you to find out, which among them works for you better.

Since I was in grade school, I have been suffering from insomnia and although it really affected my lifestyle, I didn’t even bother going to the doctor and seek medical advice about it. When I’m having my insomnia, I can stay up late and even be alert for 24 hours straight! I have been doing and have already proven that several days.

  1. Take a Warm Bath – Use bath salts, or throw in Epsom salts and baking soda—one cup of each. These will relax you and also help remove toxins from your body.
  2. Get a Massage – try massaging the soles of your feet with milk
  3. Listen to soothing music
  4. Drink warm milk or herb tea
  5. Grab a Midnight snack
  6. Sleep in a well-ventilated room
  7. Deep Breathing
