Who Else Loves Seafoods?

My husband and I both love sea foods. What’s good in eating domestic seafood is that you get to savor the freshness of it and still be assured that it’s safe and healthy. Also, most likely than not, it will never run out in the ocean, right?

Shrimp is my most favorite seafood, aside of course from crabs. Hmm…yummy! My husband and I have tried cooking it in numerous ways and luckily, they still really taste good. We both want to experiment when it comes to cooking (my husband is a frustrated cook, but he cooks deliciously, mind you), maybe that’s the reason why we are getting much “larger” than life. (lol)

We are still constantly looking for a new way to cook off the shrimps to satisfy our palate. Fortunately, I found this Shrimp and Andouille Cassoulet recipe on the internet. It is a mixture of Louisiana Shrimp and Andouille sausage smothered in a white bean casserole. It is the specialty of Chef Brian Landry from Louisiana. From the look of it, it really does tastes delicious. Now, all we need to do is to try it after I have downloaded the recipe. We have to find a way on how to make it our own way and hopefully, it will still look and taste good!
